Your First Visit

Your first appointment will mostly revolve around a comprehensive dental exam. With it, Dr. Whittaker will not only provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan, but he’ll go above and beyond to paint a complete picture of your oral health. He’ll tell you what you need while simplifying things so you have a good idea of where your oral health is going. The majority of patients need some type of treatment, and Dr. Whittaker wants to take care of any possible issues sooner rather than later before they can turn into potentially expensive problems.

You should expect to be in the chair for at least an hour, but Dr. Whittaker is prepared to take longer if that’s what is best (and your schedule can accommodate). To ensure the experience is a comfortable one, you’ll have access to amenities like warm blankets, fresh pillows, and more.

Patient Forms

We will have your new patient forms ready to complete when you arrive at our dental office for your appointment. After you have completed them, we will check you in and see you as quickly as possible. We are available to help with any questions you may have!

Dr. Whittaker is an in-network provider with Delta Dental, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Guardian, which means he’s able to offer the highest level of savings to patients with these plans. Our team is also able to work with several other plans, and we’ll go over your benefits with you beforehand so you know exactly what is and isn’t covered.
